Bremod Hair Developer
Bremod hair colour is sold by shade code, and this page holds the Bremod shades HGS Cosmetics sells online in Pakistan. Each code, such as 4.0 or 7.3, tells you how light the colour is and which tone it carries. Match the code to your own hair and pay cash at your door.
Choosing Bremod products
How to read a Bremod shade code
The number before the dot is the level, or depth. Lower numbers are darker: in most Bremod shade names, 4 is medium brown, 5 light brown, 7 medium blonde and 8 light blonde. The digits after the dot are the tone: .0 is natural, .1 ash, .3 golden, .4 copper, .5 mahogany, .6 red and .7 green.
When two digits follow the dot, the first is the main tone and the second adds a touch of another, so 7.34 is a golden copper blonde. A repeated digit means a stronger tone: 8.33 is an intense golden blonde and 7.66 an intense red blonde.
Picking your level
Find your current level first by looking at the hair near the roots in daylight. A box colour shows truest on natural, uncoloured hair within one or two levels of your own. Going much lighter on dark hair usually needs bleaching first, and colour cannot lighten hair that is already dyed. To cover grey, a .0 natural shade close to your own level gives the most even look.
Warm or cool tones
Golden, copper, red and mahogany tones add warmth. Ash and green tones cool a shade down; colourists use green to tone down unwanted redness.
Bremod blue shampoo
Blue shampoos are made to tone down orange and brassy shades in lightened or brown hair. Bremod products other than hair colour appear here only when the shop has them.
HGS Cosmetics is an online shop that sells genuine Bremod products; it is not Bremod’s own website. Do a patch test 48 hours before every colour, follow the timing on the pack and keep the mix away from your eyes.
