Medora: common questions
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Every order is cash on delivery: you pay when the parcel reaches you, anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery is Rs 200 and takes 2 to 5 working days after we confirm your order.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The products in your order must come to at least Rs 1,000. Delivery is not counted.
What if I need to return something?
Message us within 3 days. Unused items go back in their original packaging, with return shipping paid by you. Defective items are replaced free. You get a replacement or a refund by bank transfer or cash.
Can I buy from your shop in person?
Yes, at Habib Super Store, Main Chowk, Kartar Pura, Rawalpindi, open 11 AM to 10 PM (Friday 2:30 to 9:30 PM). Shop stock can differ from the website, so WhatsApp us on 0331 6040643 before you visit.

Choosing Medora products
Lipsticks and lip liners
Pick a Medora lipstick by finish first. Matte shades stay put longer but can feel dry, so put on a lip balm a few minutes before. Creamy and glossy shades feel softer and need topping up after meals. A lip liner one shade darker than your lips, or matched to the lipstick, gives a clean edge and keeps the colour inside the line.
Nail polish
For an even finish, start with a thin base coat, add two thin coats of colour and seal with a clear top coat. Thin coats dry faster and chip less than one thick coat. Wipe the neck of the bottle and close it tightly after use so the polish does not thicken.
Eyeliners
Pencil eyeliner is the easiest to control and can be smudged for a soft look. Liquid liner gives a sharp, dark line but takes a steady hand. Gel liner sits between the two and goes on with a fine brush. Sharpen pencils before each use and throw out any eye product that smells or looks different from when you bought it.
