Shipping And Returns

By placing an order at HGScosmetics.com, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Shipping Costs

Delivery charges are PKR 200/- per order all over Pakistan.

Additional charges will be applied for orders above 1 KG and the customer is notified about the additional charges prior to shipping.

Returns

  • HGScosmetics.com will consider return requests due to change of mind or any other reason as long as a request is made within 7 days after receiving the item.
  • The item is returned to us in original packaging .It should be unused and in resellable condition.
  • Return shipping is to be arranged by the customer and the charges are to be paid by the customer.

Once we receive and accept the items you have returned, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

HGScosmetics.com will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping cost paid.

Order Cancellation

We process the orders once they have been confirmed via a Phone call. Typically, our Customer Service Representative makes the call within 24 hours after receiving the order. Processing time depends on the order queue but normally it is 24 to 48 hours.

We strive to dispatch your orders within 4-6 working days. However, it may take longer for some items depending on their weight and size of the item, as well as on dangerous conditions, holidays and other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Time

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 4 business days. We provide shipping all over Pakistan through our trusted shipping partners.

(For Bank Transfer Payment, delivery time is determined after receiving money in the account and the type of delivery).

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of placing your order. In the case of a bank transfer payment method, the package will be dispatched after receiving money in the account.

Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged/Lost In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

In case the parcel has been lost in transit, please contact our customer service immediately. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
